ABOUT

Currently studying Interior Design at Parsons School of Design, Roger has built a strong base in ceramics through his studies at Contorno Taller in Mexico City, Parsons and with a residency at Clayworks Brooklyn. For the last ten years, he has been sharpening his public relations skills in London, working with a variety of commercial and artistic brands with a special focus on creative projects.
His portfolio includes working with directors like Luca Guadagnino and Jenn Nkiru, and artists such as Katharina Grosse, Virgil Abloh, Doug Aitken, Vanessa Beecroft, Takashi Murakami, and William Forsythe. He has also taken part in projects for Gagosian Galleries, Frieze Art Fair, and the Venice Biennale.
Roger's commitment to sustainability is deep-seated, demonstrated through his work with Parley for the Oceans, Project Zero, and Space Available in Bali to confront environmental issues and advance green initiatives.
Looking ahead, Roger is eager to blend his professional experience with his creative interests. His Mexican heritage and enthusiasm for sustainable design, especially pottery, are at the forefront of his efforts. Leveraging his background in public relations, Roger is dedicated to promoting Mexican culture and sustainable design practices.
